Store Return and Refund Policy

Section 1: Product Returns and Exchanges

1.1 The 90-Day Return Window: All return or exchange requests must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.

1.2 Unopened & Non-Defective Products: Within the 90-day window, we accept returns for non-defective items provided they are unopened, in the original packaging, and in their original condition. Customers may request a full product refund or an exchange.

1.3 Defective Product Returns: If you receive a defective item, you are eligible for a refund or exchange within 90 days. To complete this process, the customer must bring the defective product into our store for testing and confirmation by our staff.

1.4 Proof of Purchase: Please keep your receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, and refund requests.

Section 2: Order Cancellations and Delivery Fees

2.1 Cancellation Process: If an order needs to be canceled, please contact the store directly at 201-444-2033 or info@carlorussowine.com.

2.2 Non-Refundable Delivery Fees: While we offer product refunds as outlined in Section 1, please note that delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been successfully delivered. Customers may still return products for a refund under the terms of our 90-day policy.
