Year in and year out this is one of the best Sauvignon Blancs made in California. Given the quality, the price is reasonable as well. Light golden in color. This wine is typically cloudy but bright. Even standing it up doesn't really eliminate the cloudiness but it doesn't seem to affect the quality. The nose is yellow grapefruit juice. With air, perhaps a bit of tropical fruit. On the palate, this is refreshing. Lively acidity. The yellow grapefruit juice carries thru with a slight underlying mineral base. Lovely medium body texture. Long finish. This will go well with lighter foods, salads, but also spicy Asian cuisines

The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Dry Stack is like nothing I have ever tasted. Apricot, ginger, ripe peach, white flowers and tangerine oil all grace this textured, unctuous Sauvignon Blanc.
