Pale yellow with greenish glimmers. The nose reveals fresh, floral aromas and a touch of brioche. The palate is rich and powerful with toasty notes and a pleasant freshness. A lively and direct wine with excellent tension. Serve with: Seafood platter, trout in an almond crust, goats cheese.

Still very young, but there's no doubt about the beautiful harmony of discreet white fruit, creaminess from lees, and chalky acidity. Impressive depth and length, fine tannins nicely underlining the long, stony finish. Drink or hold.

The 2020 Ladoix "Les Marnes Blanches" Blanc has a simple grapefruit and pear-scented bouquet. The palate is well balanced with a twist of bitter lemon that neatly folds into the grapefruit and tangy orange rind finish. Delicious! Cheap!
